Wonderful place above the beach. Quiet friendly neighborhood with the design district located two streets over, a five minutes walk. The unit had everything you may need from beach chairs and beach umbrella to BBQ grill. Whole Foods and Fish Market restaurant are a 5 minutes drive. The beach stairs is 110 steps. A great way to exercise! If you don’t want to take the stairs, there is a city entrance on the north of the complex which is a five minutes walk. There are a couple of restaurants there as well making it possible to do beach, swim, eat! The beach is not crowded and stretches on both sides to the horizon. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed, including plenty of beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella (all new). Same goes for the fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the floorplan, privacy, the peace and quiet of the association, the pool, and the hot tubs. There was more than enough internet bandwidth to stream, work remotely, and connect all our devices. The smart TV was easy to setup with our services. There was a great sunset overlook just a few minutes walk away and the stairway down to the beach was fairly easy to manage. We highly recommend walking over to Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar (our favorite), and getting tickets to the iconic Belly Up Tavern concert venue on the Cedros Ave strip if you're into live music. There are lots of nice shops at the collective mall to visit as well. All the beds, couches, and chairs were comfortable, bathrooms clean and spacious, and the décor classy and appealing. We had a wonderful stay at this bright, spacious beach condo. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and offered plenty of room for our group to relax comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a big plus. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand—and the complex felt safe and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access and the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. The pool was large and inviting, and the lounge with ping pong and pool tables was clean and lots of fun. Harcourts was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. There are quite a few stairs, including the path down to the beach, which was fine for us but may not suit everyone. Overall, it was a great place to unwind, and we’d definitely return.

We had an excellent stay ! They had tennis equipment, boogie boards and beach towels ! Area was fantastic for food … all types of food available !!!! Whenever we needed anything they responded quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone. We would go back anytime and it was a cute rental !!!!!

Our condo was beautiful, well furnished and had all we needed to spend a vacation. We recommmend this location as it is near good restaurants, beaches and store.
