Ocean View 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Solana Beach and Tennis Club. Ocean views throughout this top floor single story unit. This condo has unique and original colorful and joyful art. Cable and internet provided. This condo has a shared east facing balcony & a private west facing balcony to enjoy. Washer and Dryer in Unit.
Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. Condo comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). 1 flight of stairs is required to access the elevator from the parking garage to the condo. In the event that the elevators are down or under maintenance, climbing multiple flights of stairs would be required to get to the condo on the third floor.
The complex features an all year round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, HOA Clubhouse and direct beach access at the southwest edge of complex.
*Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Solana Beach. It was so close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Loved being able to walk down to the beach each day and watch the sunset each evening. My family, with two small children, was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We Loved having designated covered (gated) parking. We felt very safe and secure. Definitely a place for families and if you want to “blend in” with the locals.

We were thrilled with our stay here. The hosts are attentive to every part of your stay - from communicating clearly and concisely to providing a tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and immaculate condo. The condo was as described and pictured with great 180 degree ocean views and nearby beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and outside was a full supply of beach supplies. The huge deck facing town and two decks facing the ocean were a treat to have. We fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves on the comfortable beds.
This is our third stay in the area so we know the area well and the market to a degree. The property was perfect for my wife and me based on location, ocean view, quality of the property, and access for my wife with mobility challenges. We did have a small issue with the gate code but the rental team was motivated to address the problem in a professional and timely manner.
