Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. Condo comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). There is an elevator or stairs to access the condo.
The complex features an all year round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, HOA Clubhouse and direct beach access at the southwest edge of complex.
*Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. This unit has elevator access from it's floor to the parking garage. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.

We were thrilled with our stay here. The hosts are attentive to every part of your stay - from communicating clearly and concisely to providing a tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and immaculate condo. The condo was as described and pictured with great 180 degree ocean views and nearby beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and outside was a full supply of beach supplies. The huge deck facing town and two decks facing the ocean were a treat to have. We fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves on the comfortable beds.
