- Condo is in the beautiful gated community Del Mar Shores Terrace which has recently updated all the gate safety features throughout the complex keeping the community secure and peaceful.
- Walking distance to the beach with dedicated community beach access

- Dedicated parking space in gated garage
- Community Pool & Hot Tubs overlooking the bluffs
- Community Washer & Dryer close to the unit

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- This house does not have air conditioning, only coastal breezes and fans
- Sleeps 4 max (including children) (King size bed + pull out sofa)
- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties OR anywhere in the complex
- No pets
-For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages
-Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
-This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.

Located just a short walk to everything including dining, shopping and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach!
